Cartier unveiled its first self winding movement manufactured completely in house, the 1904-PS MC, in January 2010. This movement includes innovative features for accurate precision timekeeping, including double barrels for stability and a stop-seconds function. It powers the new Calibre de Cartier. The 42mm case is available in steel, pink gold or bicolour, and is held to the wrist with four moveable horns, ergonomically designed for maximum comfort. A polished, satin finished shoulder protects the crown. The Calibre de Cartier is 30 meters water resistant with a transparent case back revealing the movement. Available with white, black or chocolate brown dial colour.
