DELIVERY POLICY
Watches of Switzerland will only process sales and ship goods to Australian street addresses. Watches of Switzerland does not sell goods outside of Australia. Watches of Switzerland uses Star Trak domestic couriers, and the delivery address must be a valid street address. PO Boxes and RMB are not acceptable. The nominated address must be attended during business hours. Goods must be signed for, and customers can authorise others to sign for the goods at point of purchase, or nominate themselves only.
If the address is not attended, Star Trak will leave a delivery notification and the customer must call Star Trak to organize a delivery time or collection. Watches of Switzerland cannot guarantee a delivery time.
Upon acceptance of the transaction, Watches of Switzerland will ship the goods within 2-3 Days pending stock availability. Once the transaction has been approved, Watches of Switzerland will send a confirmation email to the customer, including a Star Trak consignment number which will allow the customer to track the parcel delivery. Where goods are not available, Watches of Switzerland will notify the customer by phone to discuss the delivery timeframe. If the timeframe for delivery is not acceptable to the customer, a full refund will be issued.
