Lay-By at Watches of Switzerland

Watches of Switzerland offers customers the convenience of Lay-by.  Set out below are the Terms and Conditions.  

• Deposit of 20% is required for any lay-by or order.

• Watches of Switzerland offers a 90 day lay-by service with payments made at monthly intervals.

• If you are unable to make a payment, you must contact Watches of Switzerland immediately to advise us of your intentions.

• If the Customer decides to cancel their lay-by, a cancellation fee will be deducted from any payments made to date. This fee is calculated at 20% of the total purchase price of the item and will be used to cover costs incurred by Watches of Switzerland.

• Watches of Switzerland may cancel a lay-by or order if the customer fails to make regular payments or if we are unable to contact the customer via the contact details supplied.

• Amendments are acceptable provided both the customer and the Store Manager agree to them.
