Once you had replied I never felt the need to look elsewhere, or to try to bargain any other dealer down.

Your service was second to none, a real pleasure. You kept me informed all along the way. Arrangements that I had to make to obtain a cheque were less than perfect, but you expedited my purchase very promptly. You let me know right from the start how long things would take, and you were spot on.

The package arrived well wrapped and protected. You had included everything. A receipt and a separate valuation for insurance. That was a nice touch: no one likes to admit they paid less for a prestige item, even though they love paying the discounted price! So I can just take my valuation to my insurers on Monday. The box was astounding...I had fully expected the red leather box, and was knocked out when my box turned out to be the more prestigious wooden one. The watch was truly stunning, but you had thoughtfully set the time (accurately). Another great big tick, tops marks to you. So many others would have not bothered or set it roughly to time. Fantastic! The watch fitted me. How extraordinary, when all you had to go on was a strip of paper. Everything was perfect, and believe me, I am a perfectionist! You even went through the bother of phoning me to explain why the catalogue was not available, and when it would be. I still look forward to it, but while I would have been disappointed if the package had arrived with no catalogue and no explanation, once again you did exactly the right thing to keep the customer informed. Again, service to perfection.

As I said, this was what I can only describe as the best shopping experience I have had for some time. I have wanted to buy an Omega for 30-odd years, and this purchase was well worth the wait. I shall certainly have no hesitation in returning to Watches of Switzerland when the watch needs servicing or for future purchases."
