Detailed features & specifications

This model was introduced in 2019. The dial is crafted from solid silver and graced with appliques and hour markers made of honey gold. The hands are made of honey gold as well. The hour, minute, day-of-week and month hands are luminous.

When the LANGEMATIK PERPETUAL was launched in 2001, it was the first mechanical wristwatch that combined a perpetual calendar with a Lange outsize date. Its calendar takes the different durations of the months as well as all leap years into account. Assuming the watch runs without interruption, a manual correction is only needed in 2100.

In 2019, the watch is presented in a new model version limited to 100 timepieces: the LANGEMATIK PERPETUAL HONEYGOLD. The case, hands, appliques, lunar disc and buckle are crafted from honey gold. Patented and used exclusively by A. Lange & Söhne, the gold alloy not only has a unique warm hue but is also exceptionally hard and robust. On the argenté-coloured dial, the large Roman numerals underlaid with an embossed ring stand out clearly.
