Pilot’s Watch Mark XVIII Edition “Le Petit Prince” IW327016

The IWC Pilot’s Watch Mark XVIII is the quintessential pilot’s watch, carrying on the tradition established by its historic forebear, the legendary Mark 11.
Housed in a 40.0mm stainless-steel case, its minimalist dial has been reduced to the essentials. Not even a single line is unnecessary – everything is designed to be clear and legible.

For the “Le Petit Prince” edition, the characteristic midnight blue dial provides the perfect back drop for the brilliant white hands and indices. A luminescent coating ensures optimum legibility by day or night. Large, rounded Arabic numerals mark the hours, with two exceptions: the 12 has been replaced with a white triangle with dots at either side, while the date window is positioned where the 3 would usually be. The watch is equipped with the self-winding 35111-calibre movement, offering a 42-hour power reserve and protection against magnetic interference thanks to its soft-iron inner case.

It is worn on a matching stainless-steel bracelet.
