Please choose carefully and pay close attention to the dimensions of the timepiece you are purchasing, as Watches of Switzerland does not offer a refund to customers who change their minds. Watches of Switzerland will only offer a refund in the event that:
- The goods are not received in the condition that they were described, nor of acceptable quality or appearance (i.e. free of scratches and in working order, please see ‘conditions’ below)
- There is a major problem with the goods that cannot be remedied in a reasonable time (please see ‘reasonable time’ below)
- The goods received are not fit for the specified purpose, or are faulty
Condition
Watches of Switzerland will send a photograph of the timepiece to you along with the delivery details once you have purchased the watch. If the watch is not returned in the condition that it was dispatched, a refund will not be authorised.
Reasonable Time
In the event that there is a fault with the timepiece that requires repair, Watches of Switzerland will send the timepiece to the brand’s authorised service centre. Standard waiting times for repair are 4-6 weeks, which Watches of Switzerland deems as ‘reasonable time’. Anything outside this timeframe of 4-6 weeks can be deemed as ‘unreasonable’, and a refund will be authorised.
If the goods are to be returned, they must be returned to the nearest Watches of Switzerland store, either physically or by registered post, in the condition they were dispatched (please see conditions). Postage costs will be reimbursed when the refund is issued. Please note that if the goods are not received in the conditioned they were received, no refund will be issued and postage costs will not be reimbursed.
Watches of Switzerland is an authorised retailer of the brands available online, which means that the respective brands factory warranties will be upheld.
