Detailed features & specifications
Abraham-Louis Breguet achieved success in the 1780s with his innovative perpétuelle watches. These watches featured an oscillating weight that responded to the wearer’s body movements, automatically winding the mechanism as they walked. Breguet also experimented with guilloché silvered dials on these watches, which often included a calendar mechanism.
Today, Breguet pays tribute to this legacy by releasing a reinterpretation of the perpetual calendar in two gold colors, as part of its Classique collection in 2023.
