Spirit of Big Bang Impact All Black 42mm
647.CX.0140.RX.IMP26Black Ceramic Skeleton Watch with Moonphase & Impact Design
The Hublot Spirit of Big Bang Impact All Black 42mm is a bold continuation of the brand’s iconic “All Black” philosophy, where visibility gives way to pure form, texture, and attitude. Executed entirely in microblasted and polished black ceramic, this timepiece transforms monochrome design into a powerful statement of modern luxury.
Limited to just 100 pieces, the watch is conceived as a collector’s object that challenges traditional watchmaking codes. Its stealth aesthetic, combined with a highly technical skeleton movement, delivers a striking balance between disruptive design and horological sophistication.

Detailed features & specifications
The Art of Fusion in Total Black
Rooted in Hublot’s Art of Fusion, the Spirit of Big Bang Impact All Black blends advanced materials with architectural design. The tonneau-shaped case, crafted from high-tech black ceramic, offers exceptional resistance to scratches and wear while maintaining a lightweight and contemporary feel.
The blacked-out aesthetic extends across every element of the watch, from the engraved bezel featuring a distinctive impact motif to the skeletonised sapphire dial. Subtle textural contrasts between microblasted and polished surfaces create depth within the monochrome palette, revealing intricate details without compromising the overall stealth identity.
The result is a watch that embraces contrast through texture rather than colour, reinforcing its avant-garde and unmistakably Hublot character.
A Skeletonised Expression of Mechanical Complexity
At its core is the HUB1770 self-winding skeleton movement, designed to integrate multiple complications while maintaining a refined profile. The openworked architecture reveals the mechanics of the watch, turning functionality into a visual feature.
The movement incorporates a large off-centre date display at 2 o’clock, a moon phase complication at 6 o’clock, and a small seconds indicator at 9 o’clock, creating a dynamic and asymmetrical dial layout. This layered composition adds both depth and legibility, enhancing the technical appeal of the watch.
With a power reserve of approximately 50 hours, the movement balances performance with practical everyday usability, while its skeleton construction underscores the watch’s modern engineering and design-forward approach.
Engineered for Presence and Performance
Despite its bold conceptual design, the Spirit of Big Bang Impact All Black is built for durability and comfort. The black rubber strap ensures flexibility and a secure fit on the wrist, complementing the lightweight ceramic case.
Water resistance up to 100 metres adds an additional level of practicality, allowing the watch to transition seamlessly from everyday wear to more active environments. This fusion of robustness and avant-garde design highlights Hublot’s ability to create timepieces that are both expressive and functional.
